Group Hypnosis for Relaxation and Increased Creativity

Many studies have proven that when people are well rested and calm, their creativity and quality productivity increase as they gain clarity of the mind. Not to mention, the inflammation in our body is reduced every time we are able to achieve relaxation, thus avoiding many illnesses which include our mental and physical wellbeing.

Strengthening Workplace Relationships Through Appreciation Languages: 60 mins

This is a fun workshop that includes interactive activity amongst the team. Derived from The Five Love Languages from Gary Chapman, application on the workplace is different. Everyone has their own unique way to feel valued and appreciated. Very often we provide others what is applicable to ourselves. This however does not make one feel as fulfilled. Feeling appreciated is link to enhancing performance. This workshop helps organisations to create healthy workplace culture and connection.

Sound bath Therapy: 75 mins

We are often in an unconscious state of tension and stress. As a result, our body and mind are always in a fight or flight response state.

A sound bath is a form of meditation that is in a lying down position. It involves listening to various sounds and vibrations produced by instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. The frequencies, vibrations and sounds produced have a healing effect on the body and mind. It has been known to:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety: The soothing sounds of a sound bath can help to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety, providing a sense of calm and relaxation.

  • Improved rest and sleep: Many people find that sound baths help them to feel more rested and balanced. This leads to increased productivity and focus during the workday.

  • Enhanced creativity: Sound baths can help to stimulate the imagination and enhance creativity.

There are several ways to provide your employees with my sound bath services, including:

  • Coming onsite and provide a group session during the workday.

  • Providing your employees with access to virtual sound bath sessions that they can participate in from their desks or at home.

  • Partnering with my boutique wellness studio, The Eclectic Space by Eclectic Room, to provide discounted sound bath services to your employees. Sessions are carried out weekly (and more by request).

This event was created for the community and ran for two years successfully. The video of Ryana’s interview on founding it went viral overnight on social platforms. Simply because, it encourages people to speak of their vulnerabilities and hidden talents and ideas. In a world that is consume with technologies, genuine human connection and authenticity are lost along the way. This creates distance and deeper divides within a group or organisation.
